Account Manager

We’re on the hunt for an energetic, motivated and ambitious Account Manager with at least 4 years’ agency experience, to work with some of our highest profile clients. You’ll be keen to build on your integrated marketing experience and develop your career within a fast paced agency environment.

What does the role involve?

  • You’ll act as one of the day-to-day contacts for some of our key clients, managing jobs through the agency creative process, from brief to production and delivery.
  • Produce estimates and timing plans to ensure that key milestones are achieved and projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Develop and write accurate and engaging briefs for the client, creative and studio teams.
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients alike
  • Ensure client requests are managed promptly and expectations are managed in terms of speed and delivery.
  • Ensure all creative work is signed off, proof read and all mandatory requirements have been included before leaving the agency.
  • Work independently and pro-actively to progress projects, ensuring key stakeholders are kept-up-to date with accurate status reports
  • You’ll be alert to business opportunities and work with your colleagues to help leverage and convert these
  • Ensure all agency financial processes are followed including estimates, invoicing and client revenue forecasting
  • Work closely with any client or agency partners to deliver projects
  • Work with your colleagues in creative and client services to deliver engaging creative that meets the client brief and help them profit from ideas
  • Where appropriate you will help to nurture account executives, managing their time and ensuring they are included in team meetings and briefings
  • Take part in new business meetings and pitches as required

What experience will you need?

  • A strong understanding of the marketing industry with a minimum of 2 years gained in either a digital or integrated agency environment
  • As an integrated agency, we are looking for a candidate who has proven experience working across multiple channels, with a particular focus on digital and ATL. From TV scripts to Social Media Content Plans, the role is varied and
  • You’ll be a well organised and a natural multitasker, able to manage numerous projects and clients at the same time
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Good presentation skills, you’ll be able to present creative confidently and get clients to buy into thinking and ideas
  • It would be advantageous to have an understanding of financial services marketing campaigns
  • The usual techy skills, adept in word, excel, key note would be an advantage but not necessary

Account Executive

What does the role involve?

  • You’ll act as one of the day-to-day contacts for clients, managing jobs through the agency creative process, from brief to productions and delivery.
  • Produce estimates and timing plans to ensure that key milestones are achieved and projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Help contribute to develop accurate and engaging briefs for the creative and studio teams.
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients alike
  • Ensure client requests are managed promptly and expectations are managed in terms of speed and delivery.
  • Ensure all creative work is signed off, proof read and all mandatory requirements have been included before leaving the agency.
  • Work independently and pro-actively to progress projects, ensuring key stakeholders are kept-up-to date with accurate status reports
  • What experience will you need?
  • You’ll be a confident self-starter with 1-2 years agency experience, preferably working on fully integrated campaigns with a focus on digital.
  • Highly developed organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to ensure projects are managed effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Experience of handling large volumes of work and working to tight, fast deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, able to work with accuracy.
  • An ambition to learn and apply your new skills and knowledge
