Part of the BMW Group, Alphabet had recently acquired  the European operation of ING Car Lease, doubling the size of its business to become one of the largest leasing companies in the UK. The new combined business had complementary fleet products and services and as a result, a more compelling proposition for customers and prospects alike. They asked Jump to tell them about it.


Creating business leads, adding value

With a brief to create and build awareness of the Alphabet brand among new ING customers and generate new business leads for the sales team through an integrated marketing campaign – Jump also split the targeting into 3 separate audiences and then differentiated those based on buying triggers within the customer journey, to write up to 10 letters. 

After managing the print, production and fulfilment, we worked with the telemarketing agency to help create sales leads, before adapting the creative to be used to target commercial fleets.
