Unlocking brand potential
Keycare have been quietly looking after customers’ keys for over 40 years, and as Europe’s largest key insurer, provide cover through 3rd party partners like the AA, Admiral and Tesco. Over 2 million people carry their fobs around with them every day to protect their keys, but are not aware of the brand. However, Keycare reunite over 13,000 of them with their lost keys every year.
What we did
Work on the new Keycare brand began with research and focus groups to feed into proposition development workshops, involving customers and brand stakeholders.
We then rolled out the new brand work across ECRM, direct mail and a new website design. In addition, Jump scripted, storyboarded and produced two animated explainer videos.
